Sedikit balik lagi ke jalur musik gue yang sebenernya. Akhirnya gue nemu lagu yang lumayan asik. Lagu ini dinyanyiin sama eks pentolan band Bush, Gavin Rossdale. Judul lagunya Love Remains The Same. Udah lama juga ngga denger lagu dia. Maklum, gue ngga gitu ngikutin perkembangan band-bandnya dia. Bahkan lagu Bush yang gue pernah denger cuma Glycerine.

Awalnya gue pikir kalo lagu ini adalah lagu romatic rock. Bisa diliat dari judulnya juga sih. Dan lirik awal lagu ini emang sedikit menyiratkan keromantisan. Tapi ternyata lirik untuk reff nya ngga gitu cocok buat lagu romantis. Karena ada kalimat Here I am without you. Sebenernya sih romantis, cuma agak tragis aja ceritanya.

Tapi bagusnya sih, nuansa yang gue pengen ada di lagu ini. It’s a romantic rock song. Mirip sama Somewhere Out There-nya Our Lady Peace. Akhir-akhir ini emang jarang banget lagu baru yang punya nuansa ini. Makanya gue seneng banget sama lagu ini.
