Akhirnya bisa juga ngisi blog lagi setelah sekian lama gue absen. Maklum, lagi lumayan sibuk di kantor. Tapi sambil kerja gue ngga lupa buat hunting lagu-lagu baru yang enak. Dan baru tadi pagi gue dapetin lagu yang asik banget. Groovy dan super catchy. Gue jadi suka banget sama lagu ini. Maklum aja, gue kelamaan denegerin musik rock dan musik cinta.

Lagu ini judulnya Chocolate High yang di nyanyiin sama India Arie ft. Musiq Soulchild. Sebenernya dari nama India Arie sendiri gue udah bisa nebak kalo lagu ini bakal lumayan enak. Dan ngga salah ternyata tebakan gue. Lagu ini punya nuansa Soul yang sedikit Jazzy. Tapi perpaduannya asik banget. Bisa laaa buat sedikit goyangin badan. Groove dan beatnya sih yang lebih bikin asik. Aransemennya juga ngga terlalu rame, sederhana aja, beat Soul tapi aransemen Jazz. Bikin lagu ini jadi enak banget.

Udah lama sih gue ngga denger lagu India Arie. Terakhir ya single pertamanya aja, Video. Gue belom dapet info lebih dalem lagi sih tentang album barunya. Tapi yang gue tau, nanti di bulan februari dia mau rilis album baru Testimony: Vol. 2, Love & Politics. Plus singlenya Beautiful Flower. Apakah lagu Chocolate High ini masuk di album itu? Yaa.. kita tungguin aja album barunya yak. Sementara ini, kita nikmain aja lagu asik ini. Hehehe… Jadi pengen makan Chocolate.  :p
