Hehehe… Agak jenuh dengan musik rock, kali ini gue mau dengerin musik yang sedikit pop. Dan pada saat baca website majalah musik dunia gue baca berita tentang Taylor Swift yang saat ini lagi ngerajain chart dunia dengan albumnya, Fearless. Langsung aja gue cari info tentang cewe yang satu ini. Dan tentunya cari lagunya juga donk…

Dari info yang gue dapet, single yang bisa bikin cewe ini naek daun adalah Love Story. Gue sebenernya dapet juga lagu dia yang satu lagi yaitu Fearless, dan menurut gue lagu itu juga enak. Dua-duanya gue rasa catchy banget. Dan cocok banget untuk pasar anak muda.

Lagu-lagu dari Taylor Swift bernuansa country, karena emang basicnya dia adalah musisi country. Di Amerika namanya mencuat karena orang Amerika doyan banget sama musik country. Yah kurang kayak dangdut di Indonesia sih. Tapi lagu cewe ini bisa gue bilang tipis banget unsur countrynya. Lebih berat ke musik pop. Nuansa country didapet dari beberapa sound dari alat musik country, kayak biola dan lain-lain. Tapi ngga terlalu dominan, itu sebabnya gue bilang musik dia lebih ke pop.

Cewe ini gue memiliki karakter vokal yang khas. Untuk lagu Love Story sendiri beberapa bagian suaranya agak mirip dengan Michelle Branch. Tapi suaranya sedikit lebih berat dan lebih basah. Tapi enak banget buat didengerin. Lirik lagunya juga tentang kisah cinta remaja, kalo di sini nyeritain Romeo dan Juliet. Cocok buat remaja-remaja. Anyway buat gue, dari dua lagu yang gue denger, dua-duanya enak. Dan mungkin aja cewe yang satu ini bisa kayak seniornya Carrie Underwood. Bisa dilihat dari beberapa penghargaan yang dia dapet. Penasaran sama cerita yang ada di lagu Love Story, liat liriknya di bawah ini aja..
